I just recently toured the apartments after being referred by a couple friends. They had warned me about a couple of things dealing with the apartments but they were minor things. I liked the way the place looked as far the grounds (flowers, plants, grass, etc) It looked like they really took pride in it. I also liked the fact they showed me a vacant apartment. I had gone to numerous places that either showed me a model only or a floor plan on paper. I really got a feel for what the actual apartments looked liked. I got a chance to see their different styles in the apartments. However, they are nothing like i had imagined. I was expecting something morme modern and updated however I did like the upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. I liked the fact that they had outside seating no matter where you were and they mentioned something about free Wii Fi to certain apartments. I would give Governours Square a Satisfactory.

We were scheduled to move in next month to one of their Town Homes at a decent price but given the fact my wife's mother became ill we had to change our location.The staff did what they could and i appreciate it.
