This apartment complex is not the greatest. We moved in to the apartment in January 2008, hoping it would be slightly better than our last. It definitely was not. The apartments are very old. The kitchens definitely need to be updated. Our faucets in our kitchen would leak when the faucet was on. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes completely, which we had maintenance come out and repair, but still didn't work correctly. Our air conditioning unit in the basement was leaking rusty water which would build up underneath and there was something burning down there. We had maintenance come out again and they didn't even look in the basement. They checked the unit outside on the patio and said they fixed it. The fumes in the apartment was horrible. We called them out again to fix it and all they did was tie the part that was burning to the side of the unit. Way to really fix things guys. The parking was difficult, especially at night. They really need to increase the parking. The bathroom was ridiculous. The faucet in the tub would run nonstop, even when it was off until we had maintenance come out and fix that. The tub had no caulk around the edges of the tub so it would get mildew and be horribly disgusting. The sink in that bathroom needs to be replaced as well. Some of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work so we had to use extension cords, because after we were moved in, maintenance couldn't get to the outlets. Noise between apartments isn't horrible but the grounds outside the apartment weren't taken care of. During snowstorms, the apartment complex wouldn't shove the walkways, which no one said they would or would not shove and clear out. There are a lot of kids in this complex so beware of dings and stuff in your car. My car was broken into while living here and another person's car was broken into that same night, so beware of thieves while here. I honestly don't think that apartment was worth living in. We didn't renew our lease and we now live in Cleveland. Good luck with your apartment hunting.
