The neighbors are not bad, but during my leasing term they switched property managers and did not inform anyone, yet noted on all apartments that we all were to pay late fees. Now the new property managers are never in the rental office, never answer the phones, or call back and don't have maintenance. The property has really gone down since I moved in a year ago and I do not recommend anyone to live there. It has been 4months that I have been telling them my kitchen sink leaks. I leave numerous voicemails and letters in the office. Now I hear they are raising the rent by at least $100. There is no way for you to get a hold of corporate. So if you have an issue with anything you have to 1st tell the property manager, so if she does not want to report herself she will not. The street lights went out and have not yet been fixed.
