I agree totally with this review. Harvard square does not care about anything but taking your money. Julie the property manager is completely rude, and will not help with anything brought to her attention. This lady alone added numerous years to my life, she just isnt helpful and doesnt care about anything!! DO NOT LIVE here!!! you will regret it!!

We are concerned about this rating with the BBB and have requested a copy of the unaswered filing. We have not heard back from them as of yet. We do believe that 5 of 6 settlements speak well of our policies and management and are seeking clarifcation of their rating system. We are always open to resolving any issues with past or present residents and desire the very best outcoming for all parties within the confines of Ohio law. As a side note: apartmentrating.com has a D rating from the BBB!

Face it, something is CLEARLY WRONG with your organization. As far as the BBB goes you should be concerned with ALL complaints and not feel you can skate by responding to a select few. Someone dropped the ball in your organization as is TYPICAL. I think THAT is where you need to start looking for answers and seeking clarification and if need be FIRING some people!
