I moved into Hickory Creek community in 2003. The management had assured the neighbourhood was safe and well cared for. Since then, I saw a murder on the premises in 2003, frequent theft from tenants' cars, some crazy couple was fighting in and out of their apartment couple of times a week for months without management ever doing something.

If you plan to move in - do check with Columbus Police on the safety record. If you are already a resident - be smart and move out! Oh, and when you turn in the keys, gym cards, etc. in - ask them for a receipt for every small thing. The management is quick to lose your turned-in stuff and quick to charge you for it, too.
