I recently moved to this area from Northern Kentucky. I would not recommend that any one who values their life, car, etc. live here. The prices are nice because of the Section 8 housing area located next door to these luxury townhomes. My roommate and I recently saw a drive by shooting right outside our front door. The maintenance staff is slow to respond to anything that needs fixing. Our dryer does not heat enough to dry anything but they refuse to replace it. We had crumbling steps when I moved in. My roommate had been trying to get them fixed for months. You can hear lots of loud music and most of your neighbors conversations, too. i read in a few other posts here that there were some murders. I hope to be gone before the next occurs. They have also recently raised the rent but trust me, you don't get what you pay for here, unless violence is what you are looking for. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. BE SMART. VALUE YOUR LIFE AND GO SOMEWHERE SAFE.
