From the other reviews it seems like this property has changed a lot. I've been here for about 7 months now and I haven't had a problem with security so far. I think there are better values out there, and at times I feel like I am only paying extra for the racquetball court, fitness center and pools which I never use.

The apartment I got had all new appliances and was in good condition. The dryer was pretty old however and it took a few runs to actually dry my clothes. While the apartment was in good condition I really didn't care for the size or layout. The fireplace doesn't really add any heat to the place - at least mine didn't because of lack of a heat exchanger. The shower/water pressure is excellent. I don't like the fact that the furnace is in a cubby in the living room - when the heat/air conditioner kicks on it can get a bit noisy. Also, didn't like the ground floor apartments - they are wider but the view isn't the best. Second floor apartments have a much better view.

I've never had a problem with repairs, they were always very quick about it. Staff was always friendly to me as well. There was one time I had a returned check and they left a note on my door but never called me. I got the note three days later when I returned to my apartment from a trip, went to the bank to get a money order, dropped it off at the office and when I got back to my apartment there was an eviction notice for failure to pay rent! It all got revised but their reasoning for giving the eviction notice in such a short amount of time was to essentially "scare" people... I didn't really appreciate that. Other than that it's going pretty good.
