I had the same problem as "Glad to be Gone." These people DO NOT let you leave without charging you absorbant rates because this apartment complex is failing so badly. The office staff is incredibly rude and will not even address you if there are people wanting to see an apartment. I remember literally 1/2 a dozen people standing there one day to pay rent because no one would take their money or even look in their direction. They will flat-out lie to you during the leasing process - whatever it takes to get you to sign that lease. Afterwards, you're treated like cattle. They do not employe a maintainence staff FT. When I moved into my apt in hot hot Aug 07, my air conditioning was broke. It took them a week of me calling and stopping at the office every-single-day before it was fixed. Nothing else I had on my "needs fixed" list that they have you fill out when you move in was ever addressed and it's been a year now.

Crime in the area is skyrocketing. Both the CVS down the street and the Sunoco across the street were held up at gunpoint within a month of each other this summer. There's a group that likes to spray paint white cars in our parking lot. I literally had a ----- house operating in the apartment beside mine for the 3 months they lasted there. This place does not do background checks and will rent to anyone who throws money at them. Many aggressive dog breeds have moved in and no, nobody picks up the dog crap.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This place is old and falling apart and the staff will screw you out of every penny they can because the place is failing. I've had several crooked landlords in the past, but this crooked corporation takes the cake. There are much better and cheaper places to live in the area. Stay away from this place!
