have lived here for nearly two years and cannot wait to move out of this place. had my car broken into and my gps stolen. upstairs neighbors loud and many of them in just one apt. crappy parking and very little snow removal and yet one is expected to pay more if one is to re-sign a lease. shouldn't someone have to pay less if they are going to live in such surroundings' how can rent keep going up after every year if you have paid your rent on time or early and as well as the waterbill if someone else moves out. i say don't come here unless you have hit the lottery or just don't care where you live and have money that is just too hard to come by to spend.
