I am counting down the days when my lease expires at this hell hole. I really, really hate this place and I'm not usually one to complain. When I initially moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly and the carpet was filthy. I've also had other minor maintainence issues. Initially, the leasing staff took their old sweet time addressing the issues. They only seemed to respond after I started to bug them consistently. Now if there is an issue, they are prompt. But, they left a bad taste in my mouth from the initial interactions. Oh what else... the walls are paper thin. I can clearly hear my next door neighbor as if she is in the same room. That doesn't bother me as much though. Oh what else... they don't do a good job of keeping up the grounds. There is not a day that I don't see a plethora of cigarette buds in the mulch or dog doo doo in the grass. Sorry to be so negative, but if I can prevent at least one person from moving in this place, then I've done my job. Actually, I do have one positive, the parking is superb. Anywho, please, please, please do not move here and if you come to view the apartments do not let the leasing staff sucker you into moving here. If you mention apartmentratings.com, they will probably tell you the reviews are lies, because that's what they told me, and I fell for it. All in all, this place sucks, I moved out of the hood to come to this. Basically, I should have stayed where I was, because this place is not worth it at all!
