I lived at Hyde Park for about 2 years...I definately hated it. I didn't like the fact that my neighbors only paid $47/month for rent. After looking around at other places around here, I found that Greenhill Village is very nice! I have drove the property different hours of the night to see what all goes on. I must say it seems very quiet there. They also offer more space for your money!

LOL. Why were you concerened what your neighbors were paying??? That is none of your business! LOL. I lived at Hyde Park for 2 years and never had a problem. Wilma in the rental office was very nice and always helpful. Maintenance requests were handled as fast as they could get to them. The townhomes were very nice, at least 1500 sq feet with finished basements. Walls were paper thin, but overall it was a nice place to be.

I have been living in Hyde Park Townhomes for over 6 years now, Welma the office manager is so nice she goes out of her way to fix whatever concerns you may have right away. Altouugh maintaenance request are handled fast they don't always put things back the way they found them, but overall it is a great place to live.
