Overall a positive...I lived on 140 w lane for two years (my junior and senior years of college). If you get the 2 bedroom, you only get 1 parking space which can be an issue, but there's parking close by on norwich through the city. Also, you're really close to campus so parking won't matter in that regards, but it will in getting groceries. Maintenance was solid, no real complaints there...I think the price was a little steep but you're paying for location and with my apartment water and heat were included.
