I lived in one of Inn-Town's several properties near the OSU campus. It was a 4 bedroom apartment on Highland St. with 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen, mini washer/dryer, and a shared large deck. The apartment was extremely spacious and beautiful.
After a year living with Inn-Town, I must say that I was completely satisfied. A friend of mine had warned me that he had heard bad stories about this company so I was skeptical before I moved in. However, some of his concern was in regards to regaining the security deposit which I'm currently in the process of, so I suppose I'll see how that goes. But no problems thus far.
Maintenance was great. Inn-Town has a phone line that you call and leave a message. The guys were usually here by the next day.
Though the girls in the office didn't seem very intelligent, the guy who is the office manager was actually nice and offered to help when he could with problems if he was contacted and kept informed.
Somewhat down side...
You only get two parking passes per apartment, but two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets, so those can be the alternative to not getting a pass. If you don't have a pass, parking is sometimes hard to find on the streets. Don't park in the lot without a pass because you will be towed.
As far as noise, it can get pretty loud on the weekends, but that didn't bother me. South campus is quieter than the east "University District", but it's still the campus area.
Being South campus though, there were always shady people digging through our trash dumpster, pretty much everyday.
Upstairs units are better than downstairs, because downstairs bedrooms are right under the upstairs living room and from what we've been told can hear loud music or jumping around say during a weekend party.
On the whole, I loved living here and would do it again if I had the chance. I think rent lists at $1505/month for next year, but I still think that's worth it (we paid $1295/month).
