Parking sucks EVERYWHERE on campus so people complaining cannot blame the landlord. Every time I had an issue, it was handled. The people in the office were capable and nice to look at. I got some deductions off my security deposit, but it was for things we messed up or didnt clean, and allthough that sucks, it certainly was fair. Maintenance was slow and I got the impression that they were just overworked. I have rented with Pella, Buckeye, and a prvate owner before and no one was better than Inn-Town. People complain about their prices but the apartment quality was far better that the other ones around campus, and you pay for what you get.
