(user photo) The view from our porch was nice, but the sidewalks and all of the grass was always covered with goose droppings. Don't even think about sitting by the water without a chair.

I currently live at the Island Club Apartments. Everything seemed okay at first, but soon after items were missing from my apartment. I fully believe it was the matienence man, he was the only one in there. Also, when I complained, the staff was unconcerned. The geese are a problem, but the ducks are nice! There is always a breeze even when the windows are closed. Overall, I don't like it here.
