(user photo) The view from our porch was nice, but the sidewalks and all of the grass was always covered with goose droppings. Don't even think about sitting by the water without a chair.

Island Club should change its name to Trash Club

I have lived at Island Club for 1 year, and there is no chance in hell i would ever renew my lease. If you like to look out your window and see a bunch of rusty twisted pieces of metal they call carports, have huge gusts of wind come into your home when all your windows and doors are closed, give AEP all your paycheck. this is the place for you. OH when you go see the apt and they show you the clubhouse the workout area looks nice from afar but when you go to work out especially at night all the lights are out because they all burnt out a few MONTHS ago the sauna is nasty inside nothing is ever clean at island club.
