i have lived at the Island Club for one year and have been very satisfied with my home.
the apartment is very quiet, the entrance way is clean, and the office staff has gone above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
i had a minor issue one time and it was resolved very quickly.
the price is very fair for the area and the overwhelming majority of residents are considerate good neighbors.
the decks/porches are also great.
they are large enough to accomodate a grill and still have room for furniture.
the storage areas connected to the porch are very useful for storing bikes or things you do not use often.
my unit has a fireplace.
it is fantastic in the colder months to be able to start a real wood fire.
the swimming pool is pretty cool.
it is large enough for the crowd that attends and it is clean throughout the summer.
the deck around the pool also provides enough chairs that you do not have to arrive to the pool early on sunny days to get one.
one more thing i really like about this apartment is that there is a very clean, nice Kroger within walking distance.
