(user photo) The view from our porch was nice, but the sidewalks and all of the grass was always covered with goose droppings. Don't even think about sitting by the water without a chair.

I just renewed my lease at the Island Club because I really like it here. I have lived here for over 2 years and receive prompt service from maintenance. The office staff is very helpful.

There are a lot of geese but anyone can see that when they move in. The scenery is nice...but includes water which equal geese.

I have never had a problem parking because I received a great deal on my carport with my renewal! Great job Island Club!!!
