I have lived in Island Club for 7 years. The staff has always been nice. The maintenance has always been quick. The rent is a bit steep for the size - which is why I'm moving. They've been good not to raise my rent too much over the years, but the rate doesn't allow me extra to save. This is why I'm moving - somewhere cheaper to save for a condo/house.
