(user photo) The view from our porch was nice, but the sidewalks and all of the grass was always covered with goose droppings. Don't even think about sitting by the water without a chair.

I have lived in Island Club for 7 years. The staff has always been nice. The maintenance has always been quick. The rent is a bit steep for the size - which is why I'm moving. They've been good not to raise my rent too much over the years, but the rate doesn't allow me extra to save. This is why I'm moving - somewhere cheaper to save for a condo/house. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
