I just recently moved out of Island Club after living there for two years.

I refused to pay the "extra" fees required by Heartland and only sent partial payments.

Now that I have received my Move-Out notice from IC, I see that they deducted any fees owed to Heartland from my initial deposit.

How is that this could be done, especially since I could not pay my water bill with my rent''' I was also charged a $19.99 termintation fee, but that was not explained in the bill, it was just maked as a fee.

WHAT A CROCK OF ----.
