First of all, the staff keeps changing. The staff before was sweet and genuinely carerd about the residents. Now the staff is fake nice and only "cares" about you until they rent to you. The jack your rent up whatever they feel like. I do believe my neighbor went up like 60 bucks and they offered me an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL of only $40...I think that is against the law to treat one resident special over another. Have they ever heard of fair housing laws'! Anyways...anything connor group managed is bad news...between the water bill that is almost 100 bucks every month and the fake staff...I rather give my money and business elsewhere!

absolutely - has to be one of the staff writing this sap about being wonderful - what garbage! I've been here one month and will not sign another lease with the Connor Group - EVER!

If you think the apartment is this great, you should have lived here when: Our utility bill was 1/2 or 1/3 of what it is today. We used to get fresh towels in athletics everyday They kept the bathrooms stocked with TP and paper towels. They cleaned athletics AND the athletics/office staff Restroom They were open on sunday They were open later the other 6 days and never left early on Saturdays. They went from 5 to 2 (subcontracted) maintenance men. We used to have maintenance men who lived on site and would help you at any hour because they were your neighbor. they knew your dog and you trusted them in your apartment. There were 3-5 more trees to shade and help us feel GREEN The ownership office answered and returned phone calls Carports and garages were much cheaper Every month we used to get a form to list problems. Just leave the form on your door and maintenance would fix it that day. There was a community party about 6 times a year. They would hand out Krispy Kremes as we left for work about 4 times a year, just to say thanks. The office girl let my dog out in an emergency a couple times when I was stuck at work. For 2 months, they offered a free washer and dryer just for paying the monthly extra water fee. in other words you got free appliances in exchange for paying water surcharge each month. we were billed water based on our use not our square footage. So if you think the connor group is great, you should try an aimco property, its all of this and much much more! but im guessing since this is anonymous that this is one of the girls that works for the connor group.

Definitly is the Connor Group. No one I have talked to has anything good to say about this place besides the parking.

You can totally tell this was the apartment staff. Who else would compliment the office staff twice in one short post and encourage you to come check it out? I've written a positive review about my new complex but I could care less if anyone goes to check out the complex or not. Don't listen to this obviously fake review. Re: What rainman1004 mentioned: I didn't think it was that great under AIMCO either, but the Connor Group was MUCH MUCH worse.

Exactly! The Island club staff wrote this! Sure, it wasn't perfect when AIMCO ran it, but my water bill was 19$, not 60$. The clubhouse restrooms didn't smell like urine and there were towels and cleaning solutions in the fitness center! The trash was picked up and the staff knew me by name. Connor group is terrible!!! What a joke of a place! They tried to raise our rent by over 150$ in ONE YEAR! In four years with AIMCO, my rent one went up 70$! What a rip off!!
