I live columbus for 5 year, never have so many trouble until I move with islnd club. We sign aimco lease, conner group buy property. the trash situation is unbearable, never take the trash, sometime I take my trash to kroger.
The big bird put poop all over walking area, no place for children to play with no poop. The girl in the office never answer phone, try all day; leave message, never call back at my office extention. My friend he just move from -----, he say the girl is so nice to him. I tell him it because he is looking to be new customer, they not treat good after you are paying the rent for apartment. I tell all other ------ peoples to move out when lease expiry.
I complain the window bring cold air, the bath smell bad mold. the kitchen thing is very old, they never offer to fix. trash smell, all container too full.
Aimco promise never raise trash water bill, conner group buy island club and it triple.
