The new management is absolutely terrible! Our disposal stopped working---their maintenance guy says the only way to get it replaced is to complain because they dont want to spend money.
No gutters outside above our patio (the whole building) so when it rains, mud runs up on the patio every time.
Dishwasher knob broken, they GLUED it together promising to be right back---that was months ago----talking to them several times they promised to come fix it, never happens.
Washer BLOWS UP and puts holes in the wall----they also kept promising to fix this---no luck.
The halls are absolutely gross.
They smell, they are barely lit up, NEVER cleaned.
I can smell from inside my apartment several neighbors places---the smoke, the food, and plus I can even hear my upstairs neighbor go to the bathroom.
We must be the minority, because we moved here for the ducks and geese, everyone seems to hate them including the management, because they got a permit to capture and kill (I was told from someone who knows someone at ODNR)the geese and their eggs.
I have told them how I feel, now they keep calling to ask me to renew the lease and keep asking when is a good time to do the repairs----after more than 6 months of trying! Do NOT be fooled...this place is terrible.
On a side note, I see a review about the trash....yup, its horrible.

This is very accurate. Do not be fooled by the good reviews on this site, they are obviously written by people who are working in the office.
When you do move out they will try to screw you out of your deposit along with a shut off fee from heartland regional power. My best advice would be to visit the office instead of calling or emailing. The office girls do not like confrontation and they will crumble when you show up to handle it . They screen their calls and they will work with you if you are there in person complaining because they dont want potential new residents to see any kind of complaining or troubles.
The office girls have one priority and that is new clients. They pay little attention to exisitng residents and they ignore past residents who are trying to get their stuff sorted out. They are also very unprofessional on email. I got an email from the manager that said exactly, "OMG I fixed it already." 3 weeks later it took more phone calls and emails to get her to actually do it.
