Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
This complex was owned by AIMCO earlier btu was sold to connor group...last year. And since then things have gone down hill...
The problems:
1. Geese ---- all over the place... cant bear the stink.
2. Clubhouse staff is totally incompetent. They keep changing every month.They dont talk to you properly and give you no attention at all.
3. Maintenance sux.. I agree maintenance ppl are really good.. atleast I had good experience, but they only show up a week later you already complained your geyser isnt working. I believe the staffers donot pass on the information.
4.The grass is cut only sometime..not regularly. Even the trash bins are not cleared often. 90% of the time they are full.
4. The biggest gripe of all.. WATER BILL WILL BE DOUBLE WHAT YOU PAID ALL THESE DAYS...SINCE YOU WILL BE PAYING THE COMMON ELECTRICITY,water,sewage,trash, PEST CONTROL AND ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $10 PER BILL. For a 2 bed rooms apartment, I paid $72 . In addition to all this.. to pay the bill online you have to pay $3 CONVENIENCE FEE. which brings your bill to 75. I was paying 30 per month earlier...before this management took over.
The admin fee is for every month. in addition to the common electricity and some pest control which no one has done in my apt. This is outright ridiculous.
