The pros
- Has a pool
- Has a rentable clubhouse for $200
- close to walmart, sams and other daily needs areas.

The cons
- Staff is rude, I mean ..

RUDE!
- Water bill is $90-$100 for 2 b/r, $70-$75 for 1 b/r monthly with $25 to start the connection and $25 to terminate
- Water bill includes
-$10.95 Admin fees
-$3.99 credit card processing fees
-$3.00 credit card payment fees when you pay the bill online.

Oh BTW! you dont have a option to pay by check and this is not same as above.
- $4.00 Pest control fee..when they have done nothing in last 2 yrs I was there.
- $10.00 Common Electric..I ve never seen an apartment charging for common electric
- Geese ---- all over the place, never cleaned
- In last winter, they didnt bother to remove the snow accumulated for over 3-4 days.
- Gym has broken equipment for MONTHS! i.e.

1 out of 2 treadmills dont work.
- Had 4 cars broken into same night in May '10
- Looks like there is no set lease term, which is good.

You can negotiate for 3-4 months also, since I saw new tenants every 3-4 months, but also all kinds of criminals get in and out with ease.
- Highly overpriced.
- As a former resident of over 5 years.

I am not going back or recommend it to any one.

Inspite of all this if you want to go there..

atleast make sure you negotiate your rent such that it includes the water bill.

This started off well when the previous management was there, but after CONNOR group took over, its a downslide from there.

Heartland regional power( utility recovery company, not a utility company) is a sister company of Connor group, they share the profits obviously.

Go to Governor square or fox and hounds or any other place..

not ISLAND CLUB.
