I want to say as a new resident that I am very happy with the service I have received the office and maintenance staff have been so nice and helpful. The apartment is beautiful. I am very happy with my move and at such an awesome price. I have shopped around and feel at home here.

What is it hard to believe that some people are not cynical and don't just bash people because they don't like rules. If you read most of the stupid comments on here, it's most likely some idiot that got pissed off because they weren't told what they want to hear. I have been treated well by the staff. Beth has been extemely nice to me everytime I walk in the door as well as the rest of them. I enjoy my apartment, could I nitpic and write some mean stuff yeah. I can complain about things too. I choose not to boast about the negatives and accentuate the positives. I like living here and I'm paying a great price. Could I pay more and live in Dublin and be happier maybe, but i can't afford it. It's my opinion, I chose to be generous, that is who i am that doesn't make my statement untrue it makes it my opinion. Other people chose to be rude and exaggerate, does that make their statement untrue? It was there way to state their opinion or agression, and this was my way to state my appreciation. And way to often we hear only the bad things or only the things we do wrong, sometimes its nice to tell people what they do right.

Why do you assume I have an ulterior motive for criticizing the management? ("don't just bash people because they don't like rules") I am cynical, because I had a bad experience. However, I don't consider my comments nitpicking, and I happily followed all of the rules while I was at Lebanon Station. I understand, having read several reviews, that other apartments in the complex did not have as many problems as mine did. Maybe you don't have the major infestation of cockroaches that I and many other people had to put up with. For me, that was the dealbreaker, and the office staff, as nice and pleasant as they are, were not able to help me with the problem. They were evasive and apathetic, as I said before. Two of them in particular, who shall remain unnamed, each re-directed the conversation to their own previous experiences with cockroaches rather than answer my questions about what was being done about our problem. I got the idea that they thought hundreds of roaches crawling around the kitchen, getting into food, leaving their excrement everywhere, laying eggs in our electrical appliances, and crawling over our faces at night was really not that big of a problem. That is why I was angry and frustrated. It really just sounds like you and I had different experiences. In the lottery of apartment selection at Lebanon Station, you won and I lost. I can say good things about Lebanon Station. There's plenty of freedom about where to park, the flowers and trees are absolutely beautiful in the spring, the maintenance staff is friendly and generally prompt and competent. But for me, the bad things outweigh the good, which is why I write as many reviews as I can to warn people away.

Lake Eden is a total dump and it is roach and bed bug infested
