Its a small community, and though one of the older maintenance guys is kind of a jerk, we enjoy it. I've never been in any of the apartments, but we live in one of the town houses, and its really nice. We get a lot for the location and the rent. The only utility you pay is electric, there is no gas. Heat is electric, and the bill in the winter is only about $80-$100 a month depending on how high you keep your heat... we keep ours at 70. It stays a little cooler downstairs, but that is nothing a blanket and a sweater can't solve. Our place was renovated before we moved in and has very nice plumbing hardware (beautiful) new stove, fridge, and dishwasher. They also allow Dish Network and Direct Tv (in case you hate Time Warner, like me). As long as the satellite is not screwed into anything of theirs, there won't be a problem. Usually a tripod or ziptying to the fence works out. The upstairs of the townhouse is set up a little unusually. The bathroom is in the center of the rooms and the only way into it is through the closet of the master bedroom or through the room of the bedroom. but the downstairs half bath makes up for it. There are HUGE picture windows on the front of the townhouses that let in brilliant light, though the neighbors can see in at night. most of the windows are small, too small for someone to climb through, and the back patio is inaccessible from the outside. I haven't gotten over to the pool yet. the laundry facilities are small and are usually full, we do our laundry down the street at a laundry mat. close to two krogers, aldi, giant eagle, wal-mart, meijer, bars, pizza, restaurants, lifestyle gym, and tuttle mall. We really love it here.
