We've lived here for 4 years now and really like it. We live in the townhouses.
Pros: Cheap rent $605, adequate space, large master bedroom and livingroom, great staff/maintenance, patio, quiet walls, cheap pet fees.
Cons: Parking sometimes difficult late at night, starting to outgrow the space, can be loud depending on who is on their back patio with music blaring, no washer/dryer hookups, not much storage space, small kitchen/counterspace, small bathrooms
