One of the worst apartments in the world. If you want to see all kinds of noise/insecure then move this apartment.

I am the manager. I wanted to let everyone know that is reading this. We rarely have problems with noise here and we do address those issues when we are notified. This person must not have communicated with our office because if they had, they would not have these feelings today. Maybe that is why we don't have the pleasure of knowing who this is and that is why the message was left Anonymously. As for the insecure comment, I am not sure what that is in reference to, therefore, I can not respond.
