When I first moved in to Lex Park, it was a nice, clean, quiet aptmt complex. It has gone downhill considerably in the last 2-3 years. The neighbors I have come in contact with are inconsiderate, dirty, disrespectful, and they happen to be of hispanic descent. Of the 8 neighboring aptmts, 6 of them are occupied by ---------, few of which speak very little English. Their kids run around unsupervised, they loiter in the parking lot fixing their multiple cars, drinking, and playing very loud music, none of which is permitted. I frequently have to step around toys, trash, clothes, etc. that has fallen or been thrown from the balcony above my aptmt. Parking is ridiculus due to the fact that my neighbors seem to have more cars than they do people (or legal occupants) and they park in all the spots and outside of marked spots. Of course, how can mgmt expect renters to park legally when one of their own maintenance men doesn't park in a marked spot. They send out memos reminding residents of the rules & regulations, such as proper disposal of trash and residents are not to have furniture and other items in front of aptmts, however these rules don't seem to be enforced either. Call me racist if you want, but I'm speaking from MY experience and MY neighbors who just happen to be hispanic. I wouldn't call it coincidence. And yes, I have complained about these issues to mgmt, and they send out reminder memos. Not exactly what I would call taking care of the problems.
The laundry facilities are always full and dirty and don't exactly get clothes clean.
Also, I believe mgmt made a mistake last year when I renewed my lease by offering me a lower price than what I had been paying, and now they are trying to make up for it by charging me more than any previous years.
On the good side, I have never had any issues with the mgmt, and nay maintenance issues I've had have been taken care of promptly.

I'd agree with that. Not trying to be racist but the biggest eyesores around this place are the cars driven by --------. Or their broken down cars taking up space in the parking lot. More enforcement of the rules would be nice.
