I've lived in 5 apartments in the past ten years and this has got to be my favorite one yet. Not only is the rent ridiculously under priced for the location and all the amenities here, but the maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. Anything that ever goes wrong in my apartment (which is rare), is always fixed within a day and always right the first time. The office staff is so friendly and even threw a holiday party with santa for all the residents with a raffle and food and stuff. The new management obviously cares about the residents and the place cause they did soooo much work over the summer (new gym, new paint, new parking lots, structural work that was greatly needed, new carpet). Yes, there are not ONLY white people living here...but I happen to not mind having people of a different race as my neighbors. I guess im just not prejuidiced, because i have never had a problem with loud noise or anything like that. I recommend this place to all my friends and you should live here too!!

Management is too worst and they all have hidden charges . Not worth and we can't trust them
