I hate the fact that I cannot communicate with any of my neighbors do to the fact that no one speaks english.. I can't make any friends around here. I am not discriminating, I have mexican-american friends, but it seems like everyone here has just moved to this country. I am a young woman and I hate walking to and from my car, or to and from the laundry facility (which by the way, is a hassle to get to, I had to walk across the property in the snow covered grass last time) and having creepy old mexican men watching me and saying things to me. The first day we moved in over the summer, there were groups of them hanging over the balconies watching us as we moved our things in from the truck and playing their VERY LOUD salsa music, or whatever its called. Just had to represent I guess. They represent by throwing corona and dos xx bottles everywhere. Although, I do not know of any crimes that have happened since I've been here.

Also, and this is mainly in the warm weather months, I swear my door got knocked on almost every day during the summer. Always either by kids asking to sweep our part of the balcony for money, or foreign neighbors trying to sell things, once it was food and once a woman asked for money for a sick relative in mexico. It seems like there are way too many people living here than supposed to be, because I can never find a parking spot when I come home from work at night, I have to park on the street in front of the building.

Also, I have already made a complaint about the laundry facility over a month ago, and nothing has been done about it. I waste so much money there because about 2 of the 12 washer and dryers work! I now have to go to the laundromat because I can't memorize which ones actually do anything! Plus, it is always dirty and never swept, lint everywhere with trash can overflowing with detergent bottles all over the floor. So it bothers me that they advertise a laundry facility that is barely that. Other than that, the place is pretty nicely kept. They've done nice updates outside and landscaping is neat. Our room was pretty nice at move in, with exceptions to a few stains on counters and carpet, I love the large bathroom and walk in closet.

Atleast the management is good, I can tell you that. They are always VERY sweet to me. Bobby is nice and so is the blonde lady, and besides listening to me about the laundry room, the few times we've needed maintenance in our place has been that day. I think they truly care and do what they can about loitering and whatnot, but there's things they can't control. If it weren't for the majority of the tenants and a complete update of the laundry room, it would be perfect.

I live in an adjacent apartment complex and we can hear the salsa music all the way over here. Can also hear all the loose kids running around screaming.

The worst apartment that i have lived; Reasons:- 1. Very poor managers/people at the front desk; they are just interested in future residents; once you move in thats it, after that you are nobody to them. 2.If you go for a maintenance request, they will simply lie that it would be taken care and it will never happen. 3.Apartments would be given for rent without proper cleaning. If you are planning to come here after all this, please make sure that all the maintenance is taken care before moving in.
