I am a long time resident with no current desire to renew my lease due to a sub-standard management company that has recently bought the complex and is raising rent. The units are modest and small and the new leases are exploitative. The grounds are poorly maintained. The units are bearable and the staff is horrid as well as the rates (which include a required payment of shared utilities that is calculated through dubious and unprovable means).

I agree. I was very shocked at how much the utilities come to also. I don't get it.

The worst apartment that i have lived; Reasons:- 1. Very poor managers/people at the front desk; they are just interested in future residents; once you move in thats it, after that you are nobody to them. 2.If you go for a maintenance request, they will simply lie that it would be taken care and it will never happen. 3.Apartments would be given for rent without proper cleaning. If you are planning to come here after all this, please make sure that all the maintenance is taken care before moving in.

I have to agree that the rent is being raised at unreasonable increments. Also, I have seen additional charges being added to my utility bill which never existed. I called the company that does the billing and they explained to me about how we are charged by sharing utilities. The way they come up with the bill I would agree is unprovable and complicated. I feel like I am being taken to the bank. All I have to say is good luck keeping good tenants around if you raise rent at a high rate and utilities (Water, Common Electric, Pest Control Charge, Administrative Fee). They seem to keep coming up with new charges to add on!
