They charge apartment maintenance fee including public electricity and administration fee. Also, they charge for fest control and any thing they do for resident, they charge significant amount. There is no free service for the resident at all. You will be charged for everything you could image in renting an apartment. This will not be known until you sign your lease contract. They raise their rent annually 25 or 50 dollars a month as well as the maintenance fee. In addition, their late fee policy is crazy. Once you late for a day, they will charge you 75 dollars and will add up everyday until you pay the rent.They also charge you late fee for maintenance fee as well.
If you want to live here, you better not late for your rent and administration fee. They look for charging opportunity.

Otherwise, they have a good spacious parking lot and moderately old, I think.
