DON'T EVER LIVE AT THIS PLACE
It's not worth your money at all
TOO MUCH HIDDEN COSTS and THE MANAGER didn't care about you at all.
They are only so nice to you when you sign your lease and 2 months before your lease is up (because they want you to extend the lease)

I agree. There is to much hidden costs and they even started to ask me if I was going to renew my lease 4 MONTHS BEFORE the lease is up. At that time, I was not sure where I was going to move due to my job. So I renewed it and regretted it but I had not choice but to do it.
