Units are overpriced and things are always breaking. Poor insulation and old drafty windows some of the private entrance units have interior doors on the outside. No lights in the parking lot. Theres always trash scattered outside and no one cleans up their pets waste. The water is "community water" so it doesnt matter how much water you use they divide total usage between all residents plus charge you a 3.99 fee for pest control and 10.95 administrative fee. Neighbors are always partying in the parking lot. Usually the dumpsters are overflowing or have furniture sitting next to them. Laundry facilities are dirty and sometimes smell. Management and office staff arent very helpful most of the time they tell you what you want to hear so you will shut up and never give the property manager your message. Some of my neighbors and I have bed bugs and the problem seems to be getting worse I have had them since july. They lure you in with a month of free rent but its not worth it. stay away from this place!!!!!
