I lived here for one year and I will tell you the FULL ups & downs of MCC.

DOWNS: The location is kind of set in the forest/wooded area. If you drive to the end of the complex you can see an actual forest, preserved. With forest, comes lots and lots and lots of bugs. Want to hear the scariest thing you'll ever hear in your life' I woke up one summer morning after leaving my windows open to about 300 spiders/ants in my bedroom, all along my bed and floor and dresser and comp desk I about pooped my god damn pants!!!!!!! I vaccumed them up.. all while BALLING my eyes out. And called the maitence team, and although that maintence guy is creepy as ---- (he saw a modeling photo of me on the floor and said.. wow looks nice) they did get the job done IMMEDIATLY. Anyway, the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear people going to the bedroom, fighting, running, whatever. Neighbors are shady. I never knew any of my neighboors because most people are older.... and tend to stay to themselfs. Although there was about 5 guys living in one apt who were LOUD AS HELL! And in the summer... the pool turns into PARTY CITY! Theres no where to sit and everyone is drinking and like 20 . My cousin parked his car in our visitors lot and got his mirror knocked off, and no one left a note. THE APTS ARE ****WAYYYY**** overpriced tho


GOOD THINGS ABOUT MCC

The clubhouse is UNREAL. That thing is so perfect to host partys!!! It's like a mansion and 24/7 too!! BEWARE UNDERAGE DRINKERS. MCC gave a clubhouse sensor to the Columbus Police and THEY DO RANDOM CHECKS EVERYYYYY NIGHT. Dont even think about drinking underage or smoking pot in there thinking you wont be caught... you will! Pool is awesome, and heated! The apts are awesome and HUGE and NEW and nothing breaks down and its sooo comfy! The apts are just so beautiful! Maintence will be there in 5 seconds... i kid you not.. even at 4 am. But the guy is creepy as ---- and if your a female i suggest you call your boyfriend over. They never tow either. Its open visitor parking my cousiun parked his car there for 5 months and no one noticed a thing. The gym is awesome and has EVERYTHING you need to work out.. plus some! Litterly. Every peice of machinery you can think off, walled with mirrors, water machine, 2 tvs with cable, hand weights, medicine balls. Movie theater, office, 2 party rooms, cafe, bar and billiards room, and the clubhouse is kept very nice!!! The staff is very nice and the conceriege is very nice too. The apts are aree built new too.
