Great management, Great location

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved to MM in 2004 and moved due to having a child and needed more living space out of downtown. During the time I was there, the property manager, Amy, was the most helpful manager I've ever encountered. In mid-2005, the management compnay that had mananged the property, Oakwood, was ushered out because the owners sold the property. Now, CKS runs MM.. and Amy is still there. The property is undergoing remodeling to update the appearance.
The apartments are spacious, staff is amazing and truly on-call. I had a leaking ceiling in the middle of the night, mid-winter, and the maintenance man drove over to assess the problem and helped me move my furniture. The roof has since been thoroughly fixed.
Not to mention, cable is included as is a secured one-car garage with opener.
