My husband and I have lived here since the summer time and we are enjoying it so far. Yes the apartments are older but we try to keep it clean and make it homey.
As far as the staff is concerned we have had no problems with them and we have asked them to do a lot. When we first moved in the washer was broken and one of the burners was not working properly, and some light bulbs were out. so they replaced and fixed those things. then our kitchen faucet was leaky and they tried to fix it but didn't work so they replaced the whole thing! So that was cool. Having enough parking is dependent on where in the complex you live. We live near unmarked covered parking and ample uncovered parking and have had no problems.We can hear our neighbors walking up and down the stairs but not talking. It probably depends on your neighbors. The person they replaced played ridiculously loud music so we were happy when he left. We love the jacuzzi tub and the swimming pools yes the gym is small but great for watching a favorite show at night and working out some while you do that. Ive never used the tanning bed but i might in the near winter months.
Over all we have found some things that are funky, like light switches in odd places and such but overall we are enjoying ourselves and hope it continues to be good.
