Run for your life! if you aren't welfare/government cheese poor then run, i once was that poor and had to live here. if you don't mind violence at your front door, domestic violence noise from the neighbors, loud rap music,mice, and slow maintenance then this is the place for you.It is the true definition of what the ghetto is!A 18 yr old boy got shot right across the street in a drug deal gone bad and ran across my doorway bleeding through his white t-shirt, a guy got beat by 5 guys right in my backyard.

Hello we live here in mt vernon plaza, it is the worse, but if youre trying to come up and it's all you can afford, and you can keep to yourself, then it is a pretty safe. But if youre into big ol' booties, crack (which aint so bad anymore) then this is your place. The Columbus police are getting better, but it takes time. But I will say this its not that ghetto anymore. Just a little, plus all the white people are moving back hoo-ray

WELL I DO LIKE BIG OL BOOTIES,BUT THAT DON'T MEEN IT'S A BAD THING EITHER,I JUST HAVE TO BE CAREFUL & ALOT MORE SELECTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO MEETING BIG BOOTY CHICKS.BUT I'M NOT WORRIED,I STAY TO MYSELF ANYWAY & I DON'T REALLY HOLLA AT A LOT OF COLUMBUS WOMEN,NOT THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH COLUMBUS WOMEN-CAUSE I DON'T.IT'S JUST THAT MOST BLACK WOMEN FROM THE "HOOD" IN COLUMBUS ARE TOO GHETTO WITH NUTTING BUT TROUBLE,DRAMA,IGNORANCE. I'M FROM THE HOOD BUT I HAVE A FATHER & MOTHER THAT RAISE ME & THEY DID REAL GOOD,I'M JUST USED TO COUNTRY WOMEN BECAUSE THEY CARRY THEMSELF BETTER WITH MORE CLASS & THAT'S HOW I WAS RAISED.BUT MT VERNON PLAZA IS ALL I CAN AFFORD RIGHT NOW ,SO I'M GOING TO TAKE A CHANCE,BESIDES I HAVE PROTECTION JUST INCASE SOME HOMIES WANNA GET OUT OF LINE,BUT I TRY TO STAY & THINK POSITIVE.
