Been here for some time now and have seen major negative changes slowly taking place. We used to love it here, but have been disheartened by the changes in the community and especially the management. New owners took over mid summer and it has been going downhill since. Severe rent ($60-$100/mo) and water/sewer ($15-$35/mo) increases are prompting many long term, wonderful, reliable, responsible, and friendly residents to move. The units here are nice, this has been a safe location, great place for pet owners and they are making some property improvements, but these are in no way luxury apartments and certainly not worth the very high rate they are asking now. More and more people are moving away and few people are moving in for months now. The new office staff is unprofessinoal, unexperienced, unfriendly, unresponsive, and underwhelming. It's difficult to find anyone in the office during business hours...they are often closed for lunch so no access to the office to pick up packages, use the business center or clubhouse, submit maintenance requests, etc. They are very dangerous and inconsiderate with the golf carts and will ride on the sidewalks, grass, up to doors, and have heard many stories of close calls of being hit as residents out walking walking. This is a nice area and great location, but has consistently become an unwelcoming atmosphere...and we are not seeing positive changes coming any time soon. Will be looking for a new place when the current lease is up.
