What a DUMP. Oh my God, this place is awful. It was my first apartment out of college, and thank God my company transferred me to Philadelphia six months into my job. Move out day was my favorite day as a resident there.

The construction is horrible. Thin walls, cheap doors, flimsy windows, nasty bathrooms. The cheapest carpet they could find. No hardwood floors. Cheap kitchen appliances. Bad lighting. Really shoddy. They surely cut corners in every way. I wish I hadn't been so stupid and moved there in the first place.

Don't fall for the "hype". Check out Olentangy Village. Charming and beautiful.
