It was almost 2 years ago since I left Orleans because I moved out to California, but as I live in different apartments, I realize how much I miss what I had at Orleans.

The apartments were nice and new. Lots of closet/storage space. Nice floorplan. I liked the community as well. Nice resort/fitness center. Best I ever had at an apartment. The price could not be beat! I also liked being able to park right outside my apartment; however I did not like that there were not assigned stalls so sometimes people would take the stalls near my apartment and I would have to walk a short distance.

I read that the staff is quite rude. There may be a lot of turnover, but while I was there the staff was always nice and helpful.
