I would have to say that the Orleans has the most clueless, rudest staff I have ever met. Every time I or my husband has gone in the office to ask a question we are answered with "I don't know, my manager is not here. She will call you when she comes in." Never have we gotten a phone call back. When we finally have to go in there personally, we have to keep returning so we can get a straight answer. Never the same answer twice. Come to find out the manager hated the apartments so much she quit. Now the office is even more clueless with what to do and how to answer questions. They are more concerned with prospective tenants that the existing tenants are put on the back burner and that goes with maintenance too. They don't remove snow in the main streets, the people who cut the grass are sloppy and miss tons of spots. The roads and sidewalks are torn up. Although I know for fact who lives around me and what cars they drive, there is a different cars in front of my apartment everyday and sometimes all night. Granted it is not assigned, but you know someone lives there, don't park right in front of their entrance, there are plenty of spots to park. You walked that far to park, walk a little further. I have been here since January and it is now July and maintenance just now fixed my toilet. I had to put in a request for them to change the filter in the furnace. It looked as though it has not been changed in years. It was disgusting.
All I have to say that the Orleans is over rated and expensive for no reason. They lie and tell you what you want to hear so you move. I first hand caught them in a lie telling prospective tenants that they can use all the pools, when in fact if you live in the Orleans you are only allowed to use the pool at the barn. Speaking of the pools, it is always dirty and slimy from all the people who are drunk and oiled up with the tanning lotions. The people who go to the barn pool on the weekend are foul mouth individuals and have no respect for the families there with children.
Overall it is not a kid friendly apartment complex, parking is a nightmare, staff is clueless and maintenance forget about it.
