I have lived in my apartment for almost a year now and haven't had anything but grief! I have seen so many staff members come & go that I don't even bother to get their names. The staff they have now is also useless, hope you know how to fix your own stuff b/c they don't care - they are just in a hurry to get something done so they can go back to doing nothing.
Also the dog crap around this place is unbelievable! I would advise you not to walk in the grass otherwise you might get a little doggie delight on the bottom of your shoe! BEWARE of the hill between the first two garages...they don't like to pick up poop, I have seen them just walk their big dog out & let it go with out picking up anything!
Don't expect to have convenient parking either, I am afraid to leave at night for fear that I will have to park on the other side of the building! According to the staff when you first move in you have 2 assigned spots, but after you move in they tell you it's not really assigned it's more like an understanding! What a joke.
For what I pay I really expected something better, they get you coming in the door and after that they treat you like you work for them. I would rather spend this money on shoes!
I am tired of walking on piled up snow just to get to my car or the mailbox. Doesn't anyone find it funny that the 'clubhouse' always has clear walks and they are always salted'!'
If anyone thinks they are getting pampered here, they should go to The Days Inn, they would get treated REALLY GOOD!!! I can't wait to get out of here.
