This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. The management has recently changed from Crawford to Sperry Van Ness. I thought Crawford was bad until Sperry Van Ness came along. They threw on a fresh coat of paint and called it a day. There is NO parking. I come home from work every day in 5 inch stilletos and am forced to walk in the dark, all the way around the property. I'm 90 lbs, how am I suppossed to protect myself against the dangers that lurk here' I AM A LEASING AGENT. Therefore, I know the responsibilities a management team should have and this one takes NO responsibility. Instead of fixing the problem, they give out TWO passes to every unit when there isnt even space for one car per unit. By 4 pm, all the spots are gone, so if you work until 5 or 6, you're screwed. My car got broken into because I had to park in the back where there are no lights and my $3000 system was stolen. I informed the office, they did nothing. The next day they tried to steal my rims and I had to buy new center caps for $200. The next day they tried to steal the car. I had to locate two new doors and a new steering column ($700) and then bought a new alarm ($800). Finally feeling safe and tired of waiting to hear back about a garage, I parked my car, and last night, my rims were stolen ($2800). Instead of trying to solve the problem, they towed my car. I wont be able to get my car back until I get paid on the tenth, $45 a day... you do the math. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!!!
