WOW WHERE DO WE BEGIN. LETS START FROM THE BEGINNING, WE MOVED HERE OVER THREE YEARS AGO AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (MARK MEYERS & CRAWFORD HOYING SMITH) ARE A BUNCH OF MONEY THIRSTY CARELESS PEOPLE. WE WERE TOLD THAT AS PART OF THE CONVERSION THEY WOULD REMODEL THE CLUBHOUSE WITH NEW CABINETS & GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, NEW PAINT, CARPET AND FURNITURE. STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE SHUTTERS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING WERE GOING TO BE REPALCED. WHAT ONES ARE LEFT ARE MIS MATCHED AND HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE AREA OUTSIDE THE POOL FENCE THAT IS SLIDING INTO THE LAKE WAS GOING TO BE FIXED AND THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RECEIVNG ESTIMATES, STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED AND IS GETTING WORSE. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT THE CURBS WOULD BE LEVELED WITH THE GUTTER DRAINS ROUTED TO THE STREET, AS YOU CAN SEE , THIS IS STILL AN UNFINISHED PROJECT THAT HAS GONE ON FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE "AS ADVERTISED" GATED COMMUNITY. tHAT THE GATE WOULD BE WORKING BY LAST FALL (2007) AND IT TOO IS STILL LITERALLY SCREWED INTO THE OPEN POSITION. WE WERE TOLD NEW POOL FURNITURE WAS COMING EVERY DAY LAST YEAR AND NOTHING!! WE WERE TOLD THAT THE BUILDINGS WERE GOING TO BE POWERWASHED AND THE WHITE TRIM WAS GOING TO BE PAINTED. THAT STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. RIPPED SIDING, MISSING & SMASHED GUTTERS AND LOTS OF WEEDS COMPLETE THIS DUMP.

WHEN WE CONTACT THE OFFICE, THE OWNER HIMSELF (MARK MEYERS) AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (CRAWFORD COMMUNITIES), THEY TELL US THE WORK IS SCHEDULED AND IS SET TO BEGIN IN 30 - 45 DAYS. WHAT A JOKE. IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED. EXCEPT THAT THEY FINALLY GOT THE LIGHTS WORKING. THEY WILL TELL YOU "UM, I AM NOT SURE LET ME CHECK ON THAT FOR YOU" IN THE OFFICE AND NEITHER OF THEM EVER CALL YOU BACK AND ARE HORRIBLE WITH FOLLOW UP!

MY BEST ADVICE IS DO YOUR HOMEOWRK AND WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU, GET IT IN WRITING. THIS "CHOICE CONDOMINIUM" DEVELOPER HAS NOT EVEN BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 3 YEARS AND THIS PROPERTY IS A GREAT SHOW PEICE AS TO WHY.

DRIVE THROUGH IT: TAKE 270 TO 70 WEST. TO HILLIARD - ROME ROAD, TURN RIGHT ON FEDER ROAD, TURN LEFT ON HARTFORD VILLAGE BLVD. FOLLOW TO 4 WA STOP. AFTER 4 WAY STOP MAKE 2ND RIGHT ONTO CEDAR SPRINGS.

GET OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AND WALK AROUND (I WOULD DO THIS IN THE DAYLIGHT IF I WERE YOU). YOU WILL SEE ALL THE NASTINESS OF THE PLACE.

I wish I saw this a couple months ago! Luckily I decided against buying a condo there, because frankly it sounded too good to be true. I was offered interest back for a year, granite/tile upgrades, condo fees paid for a year, washer and dryer, almost had a garage (if I would have stayed interested) and others... luckily I had a great realtor who kept asking questions and found out less than 50% of the condos had been sold in the two years they had been selling them. Also, my sister suggested we drive through at night to check out the nearby complexes... and we saw tons of people and lots of old cars. I did a craigslist search, and found two of the nearby complexes are now section 8....

Definitely don't rent from crawford communities, they have the worst service you will find. They will not call you back unless you are a potential new customer. I had my vehicle broken into and my apartment broken into. They have still not returned my calls from those issues after a year now. I can't wait to get out of here. I will never rent from them again.

I moved in 2 months ago and it was a dumbest move Ive ever made in my life. When I was moving my stuff in some stole my couch from the Uhaul truck. The reason I moved in was because of the pool/hot tub, the nest month someone decided to take a dump in and around it, it smelled so bad. This is how they cleaned it, they just picked it up and the water never got changed. Last week I was walking to my car and some van pulled up and asked if I wanted to buy any guns, I said no, called off work and began looking for another apartment. This place SUCKSSSSS!!!!!!! dont move here unless you want some crack. I was walking my dog one day and some old lady ran up to asked for money, I gave it to her because she had a knife on her. Oh yea one more thing, some one was killed a few months ago, IM SACRED FOR MY LIFE. Dont move here!!!! This is a real posting, it does sound crazy, but 100% true. Oh one more thing the staff, wow! all they do is get high on weed, and one time I saw one holding a spoon and burning the bottom of the spoon with a lighter, thats how I learned what crack is.

I'm having a issue myself with these folks at a property in Hilliard. They do not care about people maybe if they did they would take care of issues better and not fabricate what they think. Hoying must not be involved he would not let this BS happen.
