1. Parking in the nearest spot to your apartment will be 2 blocks away most of the time.

2. You will NEVER be able to contact someone in the office to talk about rental issues or any other issues. Be prepared to leave a message that will not be returned.

3. My rent was raised 9 months into my lease because the management decided to start charging for trash pickup all of a sudden. Even if you don't use the dumpsters in the complex, you will still pay for the service. Most of the time you can't throw anything in the dumpsters anyway because they are filled with couches, beds and various other items people didn't have time to get rid of due to their mad rush to get out of this dump.

4. The police are very familiar with these apartments. They should just set up a sub-station there. Examples: a)There were 8 cruisers and a helicopter chasing some guy with a gun at 4pm on a Tuesday a few months ago. b) Recently some guy beat the stuffing out of his girlfriend right outside my bedroom window and then decided to smash up her car with a crow bar.

Must I go on' I think you get the point. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER LIVING HERE!
