If you enjoy having your sleep at night NEVER move into parliament ridge. People will be outside all time of night making all kinds of noise. Gun shoots ringing out all day and night. My first day moving into the apartment the frige was broken and it took them 2days to get me a new one, stickers were left on the walls from the last people who lived there, cabinets and counters were falling apart plus there were ROACHES all over the place. Parliament Ridge is Hood for real. The drug dealers right next door. Noise all the time. You will never be relaxed. I broke my lease and got out of there because it was just a matter of time before someone kicked my door in and stole all my stuff.

I live there and I haven't had one problem. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly and fix things very fast. Love my apartment. Can't get anything like it for the price.

THE OFFICE STAFF IS ANONYMOUS! IF YOU ASK ANYBODY THATS LIVED THERE THEY'LL TELL YOU THE TRUTH. ITS HORRIBLE. IF MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT THIS WEBSITE PARLIAMENT RIDGE WOULD BE FLOODED WITH UNHAPPY RESIDENTS TELLING WHAT REALLY GOES ON.

I lived at 4354 LeMarie from 1985 to 1996. When I first moved there, it was a nice quiet place. When I moved out, it was turning bad. The only thing I liked about living there was the woods behind the playground (don't know if it's still there), and the quick walk to Northland Mall (which is closed). Those were the days. Now I live in the Continent and it's getting just as bad.

yea total --------, i never lived there and i know how much of a -------- it is. I moved acroos the street to northtowne apartments thinking it would be better and had my apartment broken into when i wasnt home and my ---- stolen.
