I have lived here since September and haven't had one problem. Neighborhood is friendly and office staff was excellent. No problems with maintenance and everything gets fixed or repaired very fast. I've never heard any gun shots or heard any commotion during the night. The apartment walls are very thick and I've never heard my neighbor. Occassionally cars will ride by with loud steros, but that is the only thing I can think of. I have never seen one roach either.

BULL @#%$! YOU CAN GET A POLICE REPORT ON THE PROPERTY AND SEE HOW HORRIBLE IT AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS! ANONYMOUS IS PART OF PARLIAMENT RIDGE STAFF! THAT PLACE IS SO DAMN HORRIBLE I WOULDNT WISH IT ON MY WORST ENEMY! YOU CAN EVEN JUST DRIVE BY AND SEE HOW RUN DOWN THE APARTMENTS ARE. DONT DO IT!!!!!!! IM SERIOUS. I WOULDNT LIVE THERE EVEN IF I WON FREE RENT FOR A YEAR. THAT PLACE IS FOR DRUG DEALERS, HOOD-RATS,CRACK HEADS AND PEOPLE ON SECTION 8. BELEIVE ME IF YOU MOVE IN THERE YOU'LL REGET IT. DONT LET THE OFFICE STAFF FULL YOU INTO THINKING ITS A LOVELY PLACE BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY GO HOME TO THEIR NICE APARTMENTS SOME PLACE ELES AND YOUR STUCK WITH GUN SHOTS FLYING OVER YOUR HEAD.

Is this person talking about the same Parliament Ridge Apartments off of Morse Road.... no way, this place is nasty, scary and full of drug dealing scum.

I think whomever wrote this "Great apartment and Great price!!!" works for the rental agency or the rental office. I CANNOT imagine any sane person would rate these slums as a great place to live is either on the payrole or on the drugs that are more easily obtainable than maintenance!!!

This is diffenitly the work of the rental office..Living here has been HELL!...I've been robbed...the hallways smell like piss n sh**...neighbors playing loud music..ROACHES, SPIDERS AND BED BUGS....and not to mention the deep depression I feel everytime some one ask me where I live and the claustophobic feeling everytime I'm inside for more than two hours...I wish I never moved here...

I love how the office staff get's on these reviews and posts this crap. All someone has to do is drive by the place and see for themselves how bad it is.
