These apts are horrific. They have drug dealers who openly handle their business, constant gang activity, loud continuous parties, slow police response time, unattended children as well as teens,a serious rat issue in the parking lots, and thats just the outside. The inside of these apts never look like the "model" they are something straight out of a classic slum lord 70's movies. The maintenance worker (and I use the term losely) has the skills of a ten year old with building blocks! From a friends house during THE winter...the poor quality hot water tanks kept going out and they kept telling my friend to relight the pilot. When that did not work they brong over some really small space heaters...OH YEAH! you could not put them both upstairs at the same time. Why you asked' Oh I hope our ready for this...they blew out the circuit breaker.
